The main intention was to offer customised professional Accounting and Financial solutions and support in a committed and passionate environment, with personal attention, seamless communication and innovative, practical, uncompromised service. Further, we also wanted to make life and business easy for as many people as possible, in as many ways as possible by exceeding all expectations and providing the highest level of technological and professional expertise.

dnA Consulting is a complete accounting services company that functions as the finance team for a wide range of US and Indian business operations. We provide our clients with access to a team of specialists who are continually trained and updated professionally to prepare them to help with CFO Services, Business Registrations, Corporate taxes, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Accounts payable, and Personal tax among other customized finance functions. Whether you need Managed Finance Services, Finance and Accounts Staffing, or just someone to answer a few questions, we’ve got you covered.

What's your sales process?

It’s really as simple as this: you initiate contact with us by filling in the Contact Us/ Get Started form. Our experts get in touch with you to understand your situation, challenges and the ideal outcome required. We get back to you with our proposal and work through it with you to get the ideal outcome. Finally, we’ll present a few ways of working together along with prices and a defined scope for each option on a final call. Both parties agree upon and sign agreements and we are good to go.

How long does it take?

After your first call, you’ll have a good idea if we can help you or not along with a general idea of the scope of service we could provide and a relative price range. That said, the complete process from the initial discovery call to your pricing call usually takes around 3 business days in order to give us a chance to put together a plan for your unique situation.

Why not give a price 15 minutes after meeting me?

Would you want an architect to give you the price of your house in the same timeframe? A lot goes into building a house, similar to constructing viable options for your finance department.

While we can still provide a general price range once we first meet to ensure the time you spend with us is worthwhile, we put a lot of effort into coming up with a plan that suits your needs and matching it to a price that we think will provide value which is the motivation behind our sales process.

How fast can you start?

Depending on the system requirements, we can even start 24 hours after accepting the proposal. You’ll meet with our on-boarding team for a commencement call, and get your access to system logins, as we work through the systems setup. You’ll also meet with your CPA where you’ll cover the work schedule in greater detail, review the financial workflow, highlight important points and we’ll get to work.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

Since our services are adaptable to suit your specific business requirement, the pricing depends accordingly. It’s quite likely not the answer that you seek and you would probably like to see at least a range. Yet, as the organizations we work with are many and of different sizes, prices vary depending on complexity, urgency, size and the nature of services you might require.

Rather than set notional pricing expectations that may not match your unique situation, we’d love you to reach out to us and go through our unique discovery process. How do I pay you?

Once we agree to a price, a proposal is sent and accepted online. Payments can be made through ACH transfers directly to our Company’s Bank Account.

How do you support us when we never get to see you in person?

Through email, live or offline chats and video calls.

How fast can I expect a response?

Same day acknowledgement with either an answer or a timeline of when we’ll be able to answer (in case we need to talk to a 3rd party, gather info from the team, chat through an issue, etc).

Most support I seen and received through email is less than glamorous. Then how would yours be different?

We’re driven to fix issues the first time.

If we give a subpar answer with no clear instructions, it comes right back to us to address again. We learn about your preferences and respond with step-by-step instructions or schedule a call where there’s some back and forth required.

What makes your support different from other firms?

Backup support, depth of knowledge and understanding, problem solving abilities and best practices and procedures.

We’ve been doing this remotely for long enough to realize that without the items noted above, you’re usually left to the experiences of a few people at most. Imagine they go on vacation, get sick or don’t document their procedures well and you’re at the mercy of some very serious constraints. We have coverage protocols, specialists in almost every area of finance and a ton of talent which is all organized through rigorous procedures so that answers are consistent amongst the team.

Do I have one point of contact?

Yes. The manager-in-charge of your project will be your Single-Point-Of-Contact (SPOC)

Software

What Accounting software do you use and/or support?

While we are mainly adept at using QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, and Tally; we are intuitively grooming ourselves to quickly adapt to newer and emerging accounting software, to suit the nature and size of the business entity we are dealing with and their unique requirements.

How do we get our documents to you?

We are comfortable with accessing any cloud-based platform for document sharing. Our current experience involves using DropBox, G-drive, Sync, OneDrive and CCH Wolters Kluwer among other client-opted suggestions.

Do you pay for these apps or do I?

We do and we build that into the pricing at the outset. Reputation means a lot to us. For any apps that must be paid by you, you’ll know about that before signing on with us (i.e. payroll and payment apps typically).

What are some other tools you typically use?

Our current Operations model requires us to use Tick Tick (Checklist and Task Management tool), CCH iFirm (Project Management tool), GreytHR (Cloud Payroll & HR Software solutions) but we choose not to limit ourselves to those alone. We are always eager to spread our wings as wide as required, when analysing a business and growth possibility.
